Managing Director
Mark Freeman is the founder and driving force behind MFG Construction. Beginning his career as a bricklayer, Mark combined hands-on expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to establish a construction company rooted in quality, trust, and hard work. From humble beginnings working on local projects across Cheshire, Mark’s vision and determination saw MFG grow steadily—first regionally, and now across international markets in Europe. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s values: a commitment to craftsmanship, a strong client-first ethos, and a belief in building long-term relationships.

Stephen Price
Director
Stephen brings 13 years of industry experience and 6 years of Network Rail expertise to his role as Director. He plays a central part in project management, coordinating teams of designers, engineers, and site operatives to deliver high-quality, safety-led construction projects. Stephen also produces critical health and safety documentation, work plans, and oversees project close-outs with meticulous care. Stephen’s past work includes heritage refurbishments like the Shore Road Pumping Station and major multi-site contracts such as the OPSAP Scheme along the LNW route. His recent work includes delivering project packages on the Mitie contract, where his strategic thinking and rigorous documentation ensure smooth, compliant delivery every time. He's worked his way to Director level from a Commercial and PM delivery position.
