MFG Passive Fire Protection Appoints Elle Baker as Sales Account Manager

MFG Passive Fire Protection is delighted to announce the appointment of Elle Baker as Sales Account Manager, as the company enters an exciting new phase of growth across the North West.

At just 23, Elle brings a wealth of sales experience and commercial insight, having previously led the sales department at Urmston Fire Specialists, where she played a key role in building client relationships and pricing projects across a variety of sectors.

Elle’s background includes extensive site exposure and collaboration with some of the region’s top passive fire protection professionals — including former colleague Adam Langdon, who joined MFG three months ago. Together, they represent a new generation of hands-on, commercially driven leaders in the industry.

Elle Baker said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining MFG at such an exciting point in its journey. We’re ready to scale — and I’m here to help make that happen. I’ve worked hard to build up a trusted client base across sectors including education, healthcare, and government frameworks, and I’m proud of the database I’ve developed. Known for her strong commercial knowledge and technical confidence, Elle not only secures work with reputable organisations — she also prices jobs and advises on specifications, working closely with clients to deliver certified, high-compliance solutions.

Elle comes from a highly driven, sales-oriented family, with leaders across various industries. She now brings that same mindset to MFG’s Widnes and Carlisle offices, where she’ll work alongside the delivery and compliance teams to grow the company’s presence across live sites and frameworks.
