New Sales Opportunity at MFG's Passive Fire Protection Division

MFG Passive Fire Protection is recruiting a dedicated Remote Sales professional to support the division's ambitious UK-wide expansion, following a period of strong organic growth and several significant contract wins.

The new role will work across the Southern region of our business to match the company's four established geographical bases, driving business development and building lasting client relationships in the passive fire protection sector.

MFG's Passive Fire Protection division has built a reputation for delivering high-quality fire stopping, compartmentation, and fire door solutions across the North and now, with demand accelerating and the team's technical capabilities proven across hundreds of projects, the business is ready to scale across the South.

Mike Barker, Operations Director at MFG Construction, said:

"Our Passive Fire Protection division has grown organically through quality delivery and word-of-mouth recommendations. We've won some significant contracts recently, and it's clear there's strong demand right across the UK for what we do.

"This new sales role is about capturing that opportunity properly. We've got four geographical bases already established, and now we need someone who can drive business development. We have cover in the North but now we're looking at the South, where we can identify the right clients, build relationships, and ensure we're supporting projects from Scotland to the South Coast. It's an exciting time for the division, and this role will be central to where we go next."

The Remote Sales position is home-based and ideal for a motivated professional with telesales or business development experience, particularly within the construction sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients including contractors, building owners, facilities managers, and developers – promoting MFG's passive fire protection services and generating new business opportunities.

Adam Langan, Passive Fire Protection Manager at MFG Construction, said:

"We're looking for someone who understands the importance of building relationships, not just making calls. Passive fire protection is a technical service- clients need to trust that you know what you're talking about and that the team behind you can deliver.

"We'll provide full training on the technical side, but what we really need is someone with strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the drive to open doors across the UK. This role has real potential for someone who wants to grow with us. We're expanding, we're winning work, and we need the right person to help us scale that success."
