Rail Refurb in Dewsbury delights our client

When Transpennine Express needed to bring their Dewsbury Railway Station offices into the modern era, they needed a contractor who understood heritage as well as they understood construction. They chose MFG Construction.

The Grade II listed building presented a clear challenge - every material choice, every fixture and every structural decision had to respect the building's heritage status while delivering a workplace genuinely fit for purpose in 2026. Standard specifications were never going to cut it here.

MFG mobilised a skilled multi-trade team and delivered a complete internal transformation; M&E, fit-out, fire safety and decoration all coordinated as a managed package and completed within a compressed six-week programme, on budget and to the full satisfaction of the client.
