We're Hiring - A new joiner

We're looking for a time-served joiner who knows their trade inside out and wants to be part of a construction business that holds itself to a high standard. 

MFG Construction operates across a range of sectors from refurbishment and fit-out to rail and commercial. This role puts you across varied and demanding environments. What stays constant is the MFG standard. We have a very high standard of expertise in our business, and we’d expect you to hit that every time you are on site. 

What you need: 

• Time-served joiner with a minimum of 5 years' site experience 

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery/Carpentry, or equivalent trade qualification 

• Competent across both first and second fix - stud work, flooring, doors, frames, linings, skirting, architrave, built-in furniture and finishing 

• Able to read and work from technical drawings and specifications 

• Comfortable working to tight tolerances and finishing to a high standard 

• Experience working across live and occupied sites 

• Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage your own work on site 

• Full driving license
