Government Building in Belfast given the MFG Standard

When a government building in Belfast needed the next phase of works delivered, they came back to MFG Construction.

They'd seen our work before. We'd already completed larger works on the same site and that track record is exactly why they called us again.

This phase: redecorate the ground floor hallway, install 3mm protective Perspex sheeting to the walls, and supply and fit additional storage shelving. A live, high-security environment where access is controlled and standards are non-negotiable.

Two coats on every wall. Perspex fixed and finished properly, every screw cap on, every area left clean and tidy. Shelving fitted exactly as the client wanted.

Start to finish: under four days.

"A government building expects a certain standard, and our remit was to deliver it cleanly and quickly without getting in the way of a live, secure site," says Stephen Price, Projects Director at MFG Construction.

"It might not be the biggest job we'll do this year, but it's finished to the same standard as if it were. That's the point. The client was happy and that's what brings them back."
