Transpennine Express needed to bring their Dewsbury Railway Station offices into the modern era. The building, a structure with considerable heritage, required comprehensive internal refurbishment to create an office environment that would bring staff back to the hub with pride. 
 
The complexity lay in balancing modern functionality with listed building constraints. Every material choice, every fixture, every structural decision had to respect the building's heritage status.
