MFG was appointed by longstanding client, Northern, to deliver a complete office refurb in Leeds
MFG Construction was tasked with rejuvenating the Northern Railway offices at Aintree House in Leeds.
The goal was to modernise the existing environment, improve energy efficiency, and better utilise the available square footage to provide more functional space for staff.
Our Approach was simple. The project required a multi-trades, combining our electrical, decorating, and fit-out expertise.

The Result: The result is a clean, modern, and energy-efficient office space that reflects the professional standards of Northern Railway. By optimising existing space, we provided the client with more value and a better day-to-day experience for their employees.
Project Highlights
Lighting Design & Install: We replaced outdated fixtures with a high-spec LED lighting system. This not only created a brighter, more vibrant working environment but significantly improved the building’s energy footprint.
Interior Refresh: To give the office a ‘new-build’ feel without a full structural overhaul, we carried out professional internal decoration and a comprehensive industrial carpet clean.
Smart Conversion: We identified an underused storeroom and repurposed it into a sleek, functional meeting room. This provided the team with a much-needed private space for collaboration and calls.
